While we take great care to ensure the highest quality in our 3D-printed products, the nature of 3D printing means that small surface imperfections, layer lines, or minor aesthetic variations may occur. These do not affect the functionality, durability, or usability of the product.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or contains a significant manufacturing defect that affects its functionality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine if a replacement or partial store credit is applicable.
